Gift of Time Therapy, PLLC provides virtual therapy, utilizing video chat, to Illinois residents.
Payment Options:
Insurance
We currently accept payment with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Aetna, & Optum (United), Medicare
Out of Network
You pay the entire bill upfront. Then, we provide you a superbill to provide to your insurance for reimbursement.
Your full payment is due the day of your session.
Self Pay
Initial Assessment: $175 for 55 minutes
Following Sessions: $150 for 55 minutes
Your full payment is due the day of your session.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are no longer able to attend your scheduled session, please notify us via email/text 24 hours prior to your appointment. We are concerned for your safety when you do not notify us.
We will attempt to contact you, if you don’t show for an appointment.
A charge of $100 will be charged, if you don’t cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY
Our services are NOT an emergency service.
If you are having a mental health crisis and need support, call 988 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also call 911.
While we are based in Chicagoland, we accept clients throughout Illinois including but not limited to: Burbank, Oak Lawn, Palos Heights, Frankfort, Tinley Park, Orland Park, Oak Forest, Mokena, Worth, New Lenox, Frankfort, Bradley, Monee, Homewood, Lisle, Downers Grove, Chicago, Schiller Park, Elgin, Arlington Heights, Evanston, Crystal Lake, Rockford, Dixon, Peoria, Bloomington, Springfield, Chatham, Litchfield, Effingham, Belleville, Carbondale, Marion, Mt. Vernon, & Vienna.
